How we do it

Hoarding jobs are tough because they can vary in size. Give us a call and we will come out, access the property and give you a free estimate. If you agree on the price, we will bring in the tools and staff necesary to tackle any size job in a timely manner. We will load all of the trash, haul it away, and dispose of it. You can just sit back, relax, and enjoy the house again when were done!

Single Item Pick Up
Our junk removal option is a fast and easy solution for getting rid of all your unwanted junk and trash. With this option we send a crew to your home, business, or rental property and we do all the lifting. You simply give us a call or text pictures of your unwanted items for a free estimate. If you are happy with the price we will schedule a crew to come out and haul everything away. No job is too big or small. It could be one item or an entire house. All items hauled will either be donated, recycled, or taken to an E.P.A. approved landfill or transfer station. Price is normally based on volume of junk to be removed.

It is common for clients to request a single item pickup. These items are large and bulky and usually not taken by your weekly trash hauler. Some examples of single bulk items include couches, mattresses, box springs, tvs, appliances, chairs, tables, desks, etc.

We offer appliance removal and furniture removal. Our crew will do all of the lifting, and can even do simple unhooking of the appliances.

We are very experienced in this type of work and can handle any size job from entire house clean outs to just a few items left over after the tag sale. We can also accommodate family dispute issues and offer solutions to help organize what will be thrown away and what will be saved.

Our crew will haul away trash from anywhere on your property. We often haul items out of basements, crawl spaces, barns, garages, and patios. Common types of waste we haul from residential properties include bags, boxes, decorations, old clothes, furniture, wood, etc. The only items we are unable to take are hazardous items prohibited by law included paints, solvents and chemicals. Tires are limited to 10 tires per property and include an additional disposal charge.

We offer junk removal to apartment complexes, offices, realtors, and businesses all over Northeast Ohio. We clean out vacant apartments that tenants have left behind, old office furniture, large menu boards from restaurants, cubical walls etc. Basically anything you need hauled away MDH can handle. We own our own dumpsters and trucks so large jobs are no problem. Feel free to give us a call to discuss any type of project.
